What we process and why

• Visiting the site: Our hosting provider, ACT PRINTLAB d.o.o., Ulica dr. Ivana Novaka 38, 40000 Čakovec, Croatia, OIB 21285804919 (processor), logs technical data (IP address, time, browser) to run and secure the site (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Enquiries (WhatsApp, e-mail): your phone number or e-mail address, name and message, to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Recipients: WhatsApp (independent controller) and ACT PRINTLAB d.o.o. as our e-mail provider (processor). Providing data is voluntary but needed for a reply.
• Instagram: loads only after your click; Meta then receives your IP address and device data and may transfer them to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep data

• Server logs: 30 days.
• Enquiries: as long as needed to reply; if a booking follows, for the periods required by law, e.g. accounting legislation.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your browser. Meta (Instagram) may set cookies only after your click.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. Write to info@avangardshow.hr. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
